Installation, Commissioning & AMC
Site installation, testing, commissioning and ongoing annual maintenance — the stage where a design on paper becomes a system that runs reliably, shift after shift.
A well-engineered panel or a clean control program is only worth as much as the installation and commissioning behind it. EES's site teams handle everything from cabling and termination through loop checks, functional testing and final handover, then stay involved through an annual maintenance contract so the system that goes live on day one keeps performing on day one thousand. We work on greenfield installations as well as retrofits into live plants.
What's Included
A typical installation, commissioning & AMC engagement covers the following scope, tailored to your line, plant and support needs.
- Site Installation & Cabling
- Loop Checking & Instrumentation Calibration
- Functional Testing & System Commissioning
- Operator Training & Handover Documentation
- Preventive Maintenance Visits
- Breakdown Support & AMC Coverage
Why It Matters
Most unplanned downtime traces back to installation shortcuts or a maintenance gap that quietly went unaddressed — a loose termination, a sensor never recalibrated, a spare that wasn't stocked. Our commissioning process is built to catch those issues before handover, and our AMC keeps a trained team checking in on your system on a fixed schedule rather than waiting for something to fail.
